How it works
  1. Download the replay in the Dota 2 client (the match's page → Download replay).
  2. Upload the .dem file here.
  3. Get your three numbers and what to work on — usually within a minute.
What you'll see
  • Teamfights you joined, arrived late to, or stood next to without engaging.
  • Enemy wards your team found — and the ones you walked past with a sentry in your inventory.
  • A ranked "work on this" list with the exact moments behind it, on the map.
  • Your last ten games as a trend, so you can tell whether it's getting better.
